Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Quotations are prepared after consultation and remain valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Bookings and payments
Dates are confirmed on receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed deposit. Payment schedules, balances and vendor deposits are set out in your individual agreement.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to scope, guest numbers or dates may affect pricing and vendor availability. Cancellation terms, including non-refundable vendor commitments, are defined in your agreement.
Vendors and third parties
We source and manage trusted vendors on your behalf. Where a vendor contracts directly with you, their own terms also apply.
